Effective September 24, 2026. These Terms & Conditions apply when you book with, call, or text King of Tails Mobile Grooming ("King of Tails," "we," "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
King of Tails provides mobile dog grooming at your home in Katy, Fulshear, Brookshire, Richmond, Wallis, and Simonton, Texas. Every groom is the same complete package, done one dog at a time in our van.
Quotes are estimates based on what you tell us about your dog's breed, weight, coat condition, and handling needs. If your dog's needs turn out to be different in person, the price may change, and we'll always talk with you about any change on site before work begins.
Please tell us honestly about your dog's health, temperament, and handling history. It helps us plan a safe groom. If continuing a groom isn't safe for your dog, we may pause or stop it.
Calls to King of Tails may be answered by Rexo, our AI phone assistant. Rexo can answer questions, share our soonest opening, and pass your details to Katherine. Rexo can't book, hold, or guarantee appointments, and it doesn't quote prices. Katherine confirms all appointments and pricing personally. Calls may be recorded and transcribed.

What you'll receive: booking links, follow-ups about your quote or appointment, replies to messages you send us, and, only if you ask, a heads-up when openings come up.
How you opt in: by saying yes when we (or our phone assistant, Rexo) offer to text you during a call. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: varies, usually just a few messages about your request.
Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
