New to mobile grooming — what should I expect?

We come to your home and groom your dog one-on-one in our van, right outside. No cage or crate time, no waiting around other dogs, no car ride. It's calmer for your pet and saves you the salon round trip.

What does the standard groom include?

Wash with shampoo and conditioner, hand blow-drying, haircut and styling, deshedding, facial scrub, ear cleaning, nail clipping with Dremel, sanitary area, and paw pad treatment.

How do I get a quote?

Message us your dog's breed and weight, plus anything that affects the groom: fleas, matting, temperament, age or health notes. We'll send an estimate and our next availability.

How does pricing work?

New-client quotes are estimates based on your description. When our groomer meets your pet, the estimate can change — matting, coat condition, or a different breed mix than expected — and we'll bring any change to your attention before starting.

How do I schedule?

After your quote, we send our next open availability, then a confirmation link, then a reminder text before the appointment. You must confirm via the text to keep your slot.

How far in advance should I book?

Book your next groom at the end of each appointment — that's what regulars do. During busy seasons (before summer, around major holidays) routes can fill 8+ weeks out.

What areas do you serve?

Katy, Fulshear, Brookshire, Richmond, Wallis, and Simonton. Interested but not listed? Ask — we're expanding routes.

What if my dog is heavily matted?

We can help, at an additional cost. Please describe matting honestly when requesting your quote — clear communication means an accurate price and the right amount of scheduled time.

What about aggressive, senior, or special-condition dogs?

Tell us everything up front. Fleas we can treat for an added cost. Very aggressive dogs may not be a safe fit. Large seniors who struggle to stand may also not be a fit — our tub is elevated and our groomers work alone. Honesty protects your pet.

Do you groom cats?

Dogs only — every royal court has its limits.

What payment do you accept?

Payment link or card on file at the end of the appointment, plus cash and all major credit/debit cards.

Deposits and cancellations?

New clients: $30 non-refundable deposit, applied to your final invoice. Reschedule with 12+ hours' notice or it counts as a cancellation (new deposit required). Confirmed no-shows may be billed up to 50% of the appointment.
